Evolving production systems without interrupting the business: Strangler Fig, modularization, and gradual migration instead of rewrites.
Modeling, indexing, and query investigation on high-volume MySQL and MariaDB databases, including partitioning and maintenance routines.
Containerization, Docker Swarm, AWS, NGINX, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment of applications and static sites.
Observability, metrics, alerts, incident investigation, fault isolation, and asynchronous routines that must run continuously.
Acting as technical reference for backend and integrations, reviewing code and architectural decisions, mentoring, and supporting delivery calls.
Using AI in the engineering workflow with mandatory human review: responsibility for production code stays with the person who ships it.
